As I said before, even with MULTIPLE Spotify accounts the playback on different devices does not work either. One of our kids likes to listen to music as she goes to sleep . I think there might be something to the account factor. I have a GH on my Gmail account, but my phone mostly uses my Google Apps account. If I use "hey Google" only the GH replies, but "OK Google" will trigger my phone and GH.
